These terms may be updated as our beta service evolves. Continued use of Embassi constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

Embassi is a shoppable video feed platform that allows users to discover and purchase products through video content from various brands and creators. Our service may include embedded content from third-party platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

As a beta service, features and functionality are subject to change without notice.

3. Third-Party Content & Embedded Media

Embassi may embed, display, or link to content from third-party platforms and creators. This includes but is not limited to videos, images, and other media content. We do not own this content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.

Content Removal: If you are the owner of content displayed on Embassi and would like it removed, please contact us at takedown@embassi.co with:

• Proof of ownership or authorization to request removal
• Specific identification of the content to be removed
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized

We will review and respond to valid takedown requests within 24 hours when possible.

4. Limitation of Liability

Beta Service Disclaimer: Embassi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the availability, functionality, or reliability of our beta service.

Consumer Data: We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your personal data. While we implement reasonable security measures, you use our service at your own risk.

Partner Purchases: Embassi facilitates purchases through partner retailers and brands. We are not responsible for:

• Product quality, delivery, or fulfillment issues
• Payment processing problems
• Return, refund, or customer service issues with partner retailers
• Disputes between you and third-party sellers

All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective partner retailers.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Embassi only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our service
• Not create false accounts or impersonate others
• Respect intellectual property rights of content creators and brands
• Understand that beta features may not work as expected

6. Privacy & Data Collection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Embassi, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

As a beta service, our data practices may evolve. We will notify users of significant changes to our privacy practices.

7. Intellectual Property

The Embassi platform, including our logo, design, and original content, is owned by Embassi and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

Third-party content displayed on our platform remains the property of its respective owners.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Embassi at any time, especially during our beta phase as we refine our service. You may also discontinue using our service at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use Embassi ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Service

As a beta service, Embassi is continuously evolving. We may add, modify, or remove features without prior notice. We may also discontinue the service entirely as we determine the best path forward for our platform.
